Where the wall sits

Free tells you it loosens. Paid tells you when it starts to show.

On the free plan you get the stage plates. They are watermarked, and they carry the full text of what a wash does not give back — that part is never covered on any plan, because it is the part you most need in order to decide anything.

What free does not include is the progression between the stages. And that is the actual purchase decision: not whether a garment loosens — they all do — but whether it loosens before the point in the day when you still need it to hold. A morning frame and an evening frame cannot answer that. Only the hours between them can.

Which is to say: the thing you are paying for is not being avoided a surprise. It is being spared one garment that goes slack by lunch, bought at full price, worn twice.

Credits

A measure of usage. Not money.

Credits are an internal unit for the computation a plan covers. They are not money, not stored value, not redeemable for cash and not transferable. Unused credits expire at the end of the period. There is nothing to buy separately.

A stage plate has to be settled before a clip can be generated — the clip is drawn from the plate, so it is never charged for on its own.

Before you subscribe

The terms, stated plainly

Automatic renewal
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period for the same period and the same price, until you cancel.
How to cancel
From the billing page in your account, at any time, without giving a reason. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling by email to support works too.
Refunds
Within the 14-day withdrawal period you get a full refund unless you asked us to begin immediately and confirmed you understood the consequence. Outside it, we refund a period that was charged in error, and we refund a period in which the service was unavailable for a substantial part of it.
Delivery
Access is granted immediately on payment. There is nothing physical to ship, so there are no delivery times, destinations or charges.
Price and tax
All prices are in US dollars and inkl. MwSt. at the statutory rate. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.

Major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Card details are entered on a secured, encrypted page and are never stored on our systems.
